Returns Policy

We want all our customers to love their products, unfortunately we do not have control over the postal service delivery. Once the item has been dispatched we can no longer be held liable for any loss or damage to the item which may occur in the postal system.

We unfortunately do not offer returns and/or refunds in the case that you are simply not happy with the item.

However, we will gladly refund any purchase in the unlikely event that the item is damaged and/or if the item is not deemed to a high quality standard by the customer.
Should this occur, please email us immediately at you will need to return/send the products back to us within 7 working days. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

As soon as we have received the original parcel with the items and we have inspected the items, we will happily replace the items or alternatively refund you should the items be deemed by us and the designer/s not to highest quality.

Unfortunately for any custom / personalised orders / made to order items, we cannot offer a refund and/or an exchange due to the nature of the specific order which won’t be able to be resold.

Regret, no return or exchange service offered on leather shoes, please make sure of your size before ordering.
